Marianna was having the time of her life until, she rotated to a different dance partner that wanted to verbally tell her how to dance. Her dance partner also looked at her as if it was her fault if what they were doing did not work out. If you are leading, you shouldn't verbally tell your dance partner what she needs to do, you should lead it. First, the leader should always blame himself if the move does not work, this will make you a good leader as you keep trying to find out a way to communicate with your lead, never look for excuses. A good leader in any situation in life never blames, he always takes responsibility. Second, the leader should always encourage and build up his dance partner. Third, a leader should always treat his dance partner as if she is the most important person in the room. Both leader and follower should always encourage one another!
