Moving Out of Your Comfort Zone!

Marianna was a bit timid and shy, but she loved to try new and different things. She had a sense of adventure about her. Looking at her, you would never know it, but as the saying goes, you cannot judge a book by its cover. Marianna loved dancing and found herself attracted to Latin dancing, in particular, salsa dancing. The joy and happiness that emanated from the body language of the salsa dancer was incredible. The music seemed to make you want to move, it was like you couldn’t just hear the Latin rhythms, and the expressions of the singers and stay still. Moving out of her comfort zone, Marianna bit the bullet and signed up for a salsa class. Nervously she walked into the dance studio not knowing what to expect. “My first dance class”, she said to herself anxiously. The class started and was going very well! Marianna was so excited, and she was having the time of her life.
