Does styling make you look better on the dance floor? Styling really only makes you look better on the dance floor if you are already comfortable with what you are doing. Too many make the mistake of thinking styling makes them look better when in reality the attempt to style makes awkwardness look even more awkward. Instead of focusing on technique and better execution of the fundamentals of salsa dancing, styling becomes a distraction from what matters most.  What matters most? Connecting with your dance partner, connecting with the music, proper execution of the moves and a solid foundation with the fundamentals. Let styling come to you instead of you running after styling.
